Say so, and tell us what went wrong.
Do you need a certificate of insurance?
Mention it up front with the exact entity name and any additional insured wording your management company requires. We'll have it ready before the first visit.
Is this going to a board?
HOA and condo work usually needs board approval on an annual budget. Tell us when your board meets and we'll get you a quote in time, priced for the full year.
Is there a deadline?
Spring cleanup, a property inspection, a tenant walkthrough, an owner visit. Give us the date and you'll get a straight answer on whether we can hit it.
