Family owned and operated

We started Atra Sweeping because we needed it ourselves. As business owners, we wanted our own parking lot to look clean when customers pulled in, and sweeping it by hand was eating up hours every week. So we bought our own sweeper truck. It didn't take long to realize plenty of other business owners were stuck with the same chore. Now we do the same for other owners who'd rather spend their time on their business.

We also know what it's like to pay a vendor and wonder if they showed up, or if they did the job they said they would. So every visit comes with photos and a short note, sent to you the next morning. You never have to take our word for it.

We're a local company based in Metro Detroit. We sweep overnight, we keep our routes tight, and we take on only as many properties as we can do right. When you call, and we say we'll be there Tuesday night, we're there Tuesday night.

What you can expect

Why the lot matters more than people think

A parking lot is usually the largest single surface a property owns and the first thing anyone experiences. It's also expensive to replace. Sweeping is maintenance. Keeping abrasive sand and stone off asphalt, keeping sediment out of catch basins, and keeping the place looking like somebody is paying attention. Small line item, very large asset.
