Property types

What we're usually sweeping out there.

Retail plazas

Strip centers, grocery anchored lots and standalone stores. Heavy debris, high visibility, and tenants who notice immediately when it stops.

Usually weekly or twice weekly

HOAs and condos

Community parking, private drives, clubhouse and mail kiosk areas. Boards want a clean property and a paper trail, and both come standard.

Usually every other week

Apartment communities

Resident lots, corrals and entrance drives. Overnight cars are a given. We work around them and note anything blocked.

Usually every other week

Industrial parks

Warehouse aprons, truck courts and employee lots. Stone and dust are the enemy here, especially around loading docks.

Usually weekly or every other week

Office and medical

Professional buildings where the lot is part of the first impression. Lighter debris, higher standard.

Usually every other week or monthly

Churches, schools and venues

Big lots that fill hard on specific days. Usually a scheduled sweep plus a call after large events.

Scheduled plus on call

Outside our service area? Ask anyway.

If your property sits past our usual corridors it comes down to two things. Whether it's near a route we already run, and whether the visit is big enough to justify the drive. Multi property portfolios and larger single sites often work fine well outside the map. Send the address and we'll see if we can fit you in.

Send your address

One address or twenty, same free walk.

Managing a portfolio? Send the whole list. Properties near each other almost always price better together than separately.
